Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the same condition in which they were received. Items showing signs of wear, fragrance, makeup, stains, alterations, or damage may not be accepted.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@seasatinatelier.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
